Toronto District School Board trustee Josh Matlow, who sits on the committee, said it could be especially useful as a “rotating sign” that appears, for example, outside a church at peak hours.
“It’s a very reasonable option, and I assume that’s why it’s as portable as it is, depending on how you define 70 pounds,” said Ms. Chapman.
